Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (preferably Raspuri or Alphonso)
  • 1/4 cup soaked cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 dates (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced dill leaves

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the ripe mango. Place it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Drain the soaked cashews and add them to the blender with the mango.
  3. Add the peeled garlic clove, salt, chili flakes, pitted dates, and minced dill leaves to the blender.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of water to achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Once blended to your liking, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or chili flakes as desired.
  6. Transfer the mango dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve the ripe mango dip with your favorite snacks, such as vegetable sticks, crackers, or pita chips. Enjoy the creamy, tangy sweetness of this delicious dip infused with the fresh flavor of dill leaves!

Feel free to adjust the ingredients according to your taste preferences, adding more or less of each ingredient as desired. This versatile dip is perfect for dipping, spreading, or drizzling over your favorite dishes.
