Looking for a tangy and refreshing drink? Try out this vegan beetroot buttermilk recipe!

Ingredients:

1 small beetroot, chopped
1/2 green chili, chopped
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water (if needed)
1/2 tsp chat masala for garnishing
1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander

Instructions:

  1. Blend the chopped beetroot, green chili, coconut milk, lemon juice, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. If needed, add water to adjust the consistency.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as required.
  4. Serve chilled and garnish with chat masala and chopped coriander.
