Sweet Pongal
Ingredients
1) Rice : moong dal = 1 cup : 2 fistful
2) Jaggery or dates paste – 1 1/2 cups or as per taste
3) dry fruits and nuts – 3 tbsp
4) cardamom powder – 2 tsp
5) saffron – 1 pinch
6) water – 3-4 cups or as per your preference
7) 2-3 cloves
8) 2-3 peppercorns
9) cashew mylk – 1 cup
Cook/boil rice and daal in a pressure cooker or as per your preference.
Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.
