Ingredients :

3 cups gongura leaves
1/2 inch ginger
1-2 green chillies
1 tsp zeera
3/4 tsp black salt
3 sweet potato, chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon

Method :

Steam the chopped sweet potatoes and keep them aside.

Wash the gongura leaves well. Blend them with ginger, zeera, black salt, and green chilly. The chutney is ready.

Mix the chutney into the sweet potatoes so they are well coated. Add chat masala, lemon and salt as per taste.

Gongura chutney chaat is ready. You can add pomengranate seeds to make it more interesting.
