Ingredients:
– Dry peas- 2 Katori
– Corn- 2 whole raw corns
– Cucumber- 2
– 1 tomato
– Rock salt
– 2 lemon
– Chilli peanut garlic powder( bought from Ecostore, HSR layout)
*Above can change as per requirement
Method:
– Soak dry peas overnight and boil. 3 whistles on high and sim for 10 minutes
– Cut the corn in halves and had put in idli stand for it to boil till cooked.
– Cut the cucumber and tomato in small pieces.
– Mix all and garnish with salt, lemon and chilli peanut garlic powder
