Ingredients:

  • 1.5 to 2 cups of cauliflower florets
  • one medium carrot
  • one medium tomato
  • 4-inch celery stalk
  • a small piece of cinnamon
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 3-4 black peppercorns

Method:

  • Boil all ingredients together .
  • Purée and add salt.
