chickpea nuggets
Ingredients
1 and half cup – Boiled Chickpeas
1 small – Finely chopped Onion
3 tbsp – Ginger and garlic paste
1 tnsp – soaked seasame seeds
1 tbsp – chilly powder
1 tbsp – chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup- Finely chopped mushroom
2 tbsp – brown rice flour
For coating – Roasted peanut powder
Method
1.Mash chickpeas with the masher
2.Grind sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves. Add this paste to mashed chickpeas.
3.Add finely chopped onion, mushrooms, chilly powder, ginger and garlic paste.
4.Add brown rice flour for binding
5.Mix all the ingredients together.
6.Shape the mixture into small patties.
7.Coat the patties with peanut powder.
8.Preheat oven for 15 minutes
9.Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes
