Ingredients
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 cup soaked channa dal
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 chilli, chopped
1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup rice flour
Salt to taste
Method
- Grind soaked channa dal, ginger, and green chilli to get a coarse mix.
- To a large bowl add chopped cabbage, soaked channa dal, coriander leaves, chilly powder, turmeric powder, peanut butter, and salt.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Roll into small balls
- Flatten them and coat them in rice flour
- Roast the fritters on low to medium flame for 10 – 15 min. on both sides
- Our crispy cabbage fritters are ready to serve.
Do we need to roast on tawa or oven?
If oven,then at what temperature.
You can roast in an oven or in an air-fryer at 180 deg C for 25 min. Flip after 12min.
For best results use tava. Heat tava and then add the fritter. Keep the flame low.
