Kairi Dal
Ingredients:
- chana dal ( 2 cups)
- raw mango ( 2 cups)
- 3 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp hing
- curry leaves
- red chillies
- jaggery per taste
Method:
- Soak chana daal ( 2 cups) for 3 hrs
- Coarsely grind in the mixer.
- Grate raw mango ( 2 cups)
- Mix dal, mango with dry tadaka ( mustard seeds 3 TSP, hing 2 TSP, curry leaves, red chillies )
- Add jaggery and red chilli powder per taste.
- Mango dal is ready
