Clean eating has been a wonderful experience. As a hardcore meat eater and coffee drinker I initially didn’t believe giving up two things I loved would be possible or even tasty! But the clean eating program not only challenged me in the best way but also brought out the benefits of including fruits and veggies in my diet. As a foodie, I like to enjoy my food! I am a visual person and eat with my eyes first. Looking at my plate, which was balanced and appealing to my eyes I was surprised to see that I enjoyed a meal that did not have any meat on it. I would say, even if you are apprehensive, give clean eating with Saee a shot! You will not be disappointed!
I enjoyed the 21 days of clean eating. For me, this is a journey about taking care of my health. Saee’s clear guidance with reasoning helped me understand the benefits. The course progressed slowly and steadily so it was not a big jump from what I was normally doing. This helped me stay committed. Thank you Saee and Deepali for the simple doable recipes.
I had joined the programme with a positive mind. I was aware of clean eating concepts, so it was never overwhelming. I enjoyed the oil-free cooking classes but what motivated me most was the oil-free chaat workshop that you had. That gave me the confidence that going oil-free doesn’t mean sacrificing our favourite foods. I really enjoyed the fruit diet and the lighter feeling that came with it. It was like starting on a clean slate. Both Saee and Deepali are extremely helpful and accessible. I learnt a lot from both. Their patience to answer each question is praiseworthy. I would suggest everyone should try this journey once to gain a lighter body and a clutter-free mind.

The 21-day clean eating program with Saee is a holistic program. I learnt about what I need to eat for my body, at what time, and how I need to eat. I learnt how to manage my energy throughout the day with food. What makes this program holistic is that it has elements of mind training, physical yoga practising and relaxation techniques. Saee is someone who only teaches what she practices in her life, and it is clearly visible from the conviction she has while teaching. I had tried several diets before and failed at counting calories. With clean eating, I enjoyed my food and learnt how to practice self-restraint. In the program, we were given recipes and a lot of learning materials which were great tools to practice cleaning eating. I feel lighter, more energetic, happier and lost 5 kgs during the program. Saee is an excellent coach who genuinely cares about her clients and has added so much value to my life. Saee has also helped my father prepare for his surgery. With her guidance, we have been able to get his diabetes and cholesterol under control. I will recommend this program to anybody who is interested in living a more sattvic life.
It was a wonderful program, lots of learning about the food in detail and I never thought that having fruits in breakfast and switching to some healthy diet can make so much difference in our body system. Within a week I could feel very energetic, light, and active in my body. And the best part is that happy feeling which gives a lot of positive vibes in ourselves towards achieving our health goals.

“I learned that I don't have to make drastic changes immediately and change my food habits. I can take it slow, stick to my South Indian food intake. I learned that I should take 5 servings of fruits per day which I'm trying to include in my diet. You had a very friendly approach and felt comfortable talking to you. Also, you got my basic health and habits info through Google sheet the previous day. That made the conversation worthwhile as you didn’t spend all the time in getting to know my issues through the call then. Then the phone consultation was easier as it did not require the standard way of going to a nutritionist's clinic, etc. I could talk to an expert from home itself. That made things easier. I have been doing online yoga with Saee for the last 3 years. It started during COVID-19 or even before and continued strongly. Saee puts a lot of thought into yoga routines for different body parts, building strength, getting better at poses, trying new things etc. That keeps every session interesting and helps me build strength, and flexibility and even incorporates calmness in difficult positions. Yoga complements very well with my other activities like running, playing sports etc. Yoga also keeps injurious parts like my back in check. It is like medicine for me to keep strengthening those parts. I also love the convenience of online sessions and recordings. I can join from home, office or anywhere (like a kid's activity place). Since Saee keeps watch on you and corrects the poses, that gives in-person-like guidance. And in case I can't join a live session, I do recording so I don't have to miss it. I love that flexibility.
For over three years, I've been practising yoga with Saee. Initially, I sought yoga as therapy for back pain, and the results have been remarkable. Not only has my back pain vanished entirely, but the consistent practice has also contributed to an overall sense of improved health and well-being. I have lost a few kgs while feeling the energy. Flexibility and strength are better than before.
Asanas are getting better, could attempt Sarvangasana without wall support first time, also able to improve on Chaturunga and Poorna Uthanasana.

The classes have been great as always, Saee. Every class I manage to break into a sweat and I feel challenged, and I always end up doing something I have never done before. And that's a very satisfying feeling.
Since 2017, I could not sit with my legs folded for a long time and could not sit down and have my lunch or dinner but this year for the Ganesh festival I could manage to sit down and have my food. Blood sugar levels did come down in 90s. These days also average is 95. My hba1c also came down by 0.3. I was looking for results & I got that. I was not into cooking before. It definitely helps in improving our eating habits and it brings a sense of discipline to be able to follow the healthy routine. I had gone out on the second last day of the clean eating week, for lunch with friends where I could have easily eaten the food, but I stuck just to-no dressing salad and grilled veggies. Attending this workshop especially during the Thanksgiving break week has been a great blessing and an eye-opener. When others were putting on pounds by devouring big Thanksgiving meals, I was following a clean diet and feeling much energetic and lighter than them.
