Poshak Life Karwaan (March’26)

Your Monthly Package for Balanced, Sustainable Wellness

After every program we run, we hear the same questions:

“What now?”

“How do I sustain these habits?”

How do I remember what I learned once life gets busy?”

The truth is simple: Health isn’t built in one corner of life. It needs aligned pillars – body, mind, and spirit

However, as we are pulled and pushed by the demands of modern life, it becomes hard to make time for self-care and personal growth, even while we hold the intention.

That’s why Karwaan offers a gentle, supportive, holistic monthly space that needs minimal time, energy and money; supplements your existing self-care routine; and helps you stay centered and intentional through the month.

What is Poshak Life Karwaan?

Karwaan is a community of people who want a simple, guided way to maintain healthy habits.

It’s a monthly package that gives you access to:

  • 4 live sessions on nutrition, emotional resilience, whole plant based cooking, and deep rest;
  • 4 whole plant based recipes that combine amazing taste and health; and
  • 2 challenges for your health and wellness.

It’s a tribe walking the same path, helping you stay centred even when life gets messy.

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realisation that everything we do, think, feel, and believe affects our state of well-being.”

– Greg Anderson

What you get in March

5 Mar, Thu, 6-7 PM

Yin Yoga (Live)

A 60-minute Yin Yoga session is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held gently for longer durations (2–5 minutes), allowing the body to relax deeply. This practice works on the deeper connective tissues, improving flexibility, joint mobility, and circulation. The long holds also calm the nervous system, helping release stored tension and emotional stress. Expect a quiet, inward-focused session with mindful breathing, stillness, and supported postures using props. By the end, people experience a sense of deep relaxation, mental clarity, and restored energy.

9 Mar, Mon

No Salt Challenge

Let’s try a simple 1-day challenge of eating food without added salt to gently reset our taste buds and rediscover the natural flavors of food. Reducing added salt even for a day helps the body release excess water, supports healthy blood pressure, and sharpens taste sensitivity. Many people notice that after this practice, naturally occurring flavors in vegetables, grains, and fruits feel richer and more satisfying. Choose fresh, simple meals and enjoy observing how your body and taste perception respond. Are you ready to join us for this mindful one-day experiment?

14 Mar, Sat, 7-8 PM

Metta Meditation (Live)

Guided Metta meditation, or loving-kindness meditation, is about generating compassion towards oneself and others. Practitioners silently repeat phrases like “May I be happy” or “May you be at peace,” extending goodwill from oneself to everyone. This practice fosters empathy, dissolves barriers, and deepens emotional resilience, promoting a profound sense of harmony and connection with all beings.

21 Mar, Sat, 6-7 PM

Pranayama (Live)

A 60-minute Pranayama session is a guided exploration of the breath, where we learn to observe, regulate, and deepen breathing consciously. Through practices such as breath awareness, controlled inhalation–exhalation, kumbhak (breath retention), and gentle locks (bandhas), the breath becomes steady and disciplined. These techniques help calm the nervous system, improve lung capacity, enhance focus, and balance energy levels. Expect a quiet, attentive practice with periods of stillness, breath holding, and rhythmic breathing patterns. By the end of the session, participants often experience mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deep sense of inner steadiness.

23 Mar, Mon

No Judgement Challenge

Join our “No Judgement Day” challenge! For one day, notice each time a judgement arises within you. Rather than reacting, welcome a spirit of curiosity. Ask yourself, “What is behind this judgement?” Allow space for understanding, recognizing our shared human experiences. Replace criticism with compassion, fostering an environment of learning, growth, and interconnectedness.

28 Mar, Sat, 7-8.30 PM

Cook-Along - Kachori (Live)

Learn to make a crisp, flavourful Moong Dal Kachori without oil and refined flour, using simple whole plant-based ingredients. Demonstrated step-by-step with practical tips and smart techniques. Cook along live or watch and learn. The ingredient list will be shared one day before the session. Kachori is a popular Indian snack, deep-fried and crispy, filled with spiced lentils, onions, or peas. Originating in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, it’s often served with chutneys or curry, especially during festivals and celebrations.

1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd Mar, every Sun

4 Whole Plant Based Recipes

Get a recipe booket of a whole plant based beverage or food item every week. The booklet will include step-by-step guides, visual inspiration, and clean ingredients to make making wholesome living simple, interesting, and delicious.

31 Mar, Tue, 7-8 PM
