Drinking less water or excess water, both are harmful to our health.
Requirement for water changes based on many factors on a day to day basis as described in the video.

Being aware of the thirst and drinking water when thirsty helps us to have the needed amount of water.
Along with plain water some other safe sources of water are the osmotic water through fruits and vegetables, tender coconut water etc.
