Controlling portion size while consuming food is not natural. That can be one of the biggest challenges while trying to follow any diet.

When you are on a whole plant based diet, you don’t have to worry about the portion size of the food.

Instead we can be mindful about the proportion size.

In a plant based power plate, we maintain the following proportion for a nutritionally balanced meal-

1/4 the Grains, 1/4th Legumes, 2/4th Vegetables

Following this proportion you can consume food to your heart’s content.
