Almonds 1/2 cup
Water 2 cups

  1. Soak the nuts in enough water for 7-8 hours
  2. Throw away water, and blend the nuts with a small amount of water (1 cup) to make a smooth paste.
  3. Add 1 cup and blend more.
  4. Strain the almond mixture.
  5. You can use the residue in cookies or make the crumble

Notes:
• You can make any nut milk with this proportion of cashew, walnut, hazelnut
• You can use a strainer, nut bag, or muslin cloth to strain the milk
